Great Product (but what happened to the Medium Strato-Ball??)

I bought this because there was a mysterious shortage of Chuck-It Medium Strato-Balls. Its been great. The dogs really like the erratic bounce, which is more pronounced inside (outdoors on a field the regular balls also bounce irregularly, because the terrain is irregular; inside though this ball acts very differently from regular chuck-it balls). Just two things to pass on- First, you may want to go up a size. While the round chuck-it Medium balls are fine for my dogs, this ball is somewhat smaller (because portions of the sphere are cut off, essentially). I don't know why the price jump to Large is so high, but it might be worth going with the bigger size. Second, WHY would Chuck-it color these green? Green balls on green outdoor fields... what could possibly go wrong? I'd like to see this product in Orange.

My Dog Loves These

I have one of my 3 Boston Terriers that this is favorite toy by far, he will beg me to constantly play and throw it and I often have to have 2 so he chases one, returns it and drops it when he see's I am holding the second, as I can't pry it from his mouth to throw it again. It is durable and lasts a long time, however my dog's tooth eventually in many months was able to work a fracture into the rubber.

Perfect for what I wanted it for.

Ideal for tossing into the Snow drifts! My dog loves to dog out her ball and the style of this ball prevents it from sinking deep into the snowbank. My has tried to chew this ball up and can't. It could be because she's a birddog with a soft mouth. I would by this again.

You won't be chuckin' these in the trash...

My dog has a tendency to go through balls quickly and these Chuck It balls are his favorite, and mine too.

My dog is about 100 lbs and I was worried the "medium" size might be too small but they are perfect. The erratic balls on hard surfaces make for endless entertainment, and a sure fire way to annoy neighbors if you life in an apartment.

The balls are about 1/4" thick and made of one piece of rubber, and there is a singular hole about the size of a dime you can't see in the product picture. Being a singular piece of rubber, they are much more durable than Chuck It's signature orange/blue ball, which he goes thru a little quicker than these green ones.

Durable & Lightweight & My pups favorite!

Upon adopting our rescue Chi Mix, we purchased a few balls to practice fetch. We live close to the beach and found round balls would roll right into the ocean on beach slants. I experimented with the erratic ball. Once my pup was introduced, love at first fetch. My pup will not play with any other ball. I buy 6 at a time, not because he tears them up or they fall apart, they get lost. Unfortunately, the erratic ball does not float. So bye bye if it rolls into the ocean. However, my pup chews and chews and plays fetch, never punctured or comprised the integrity of the erratic ball once!!
>This ball goes to the beach, park, trails, our backyard, dog park, road trips, baseball field and on rainy days, our living room. Tyrion’s beloved erratic ball is the apple of his eye. I’m grateful to Chuck It for creating the erratic ball. Two paws up 🐾
