Miss Piggy is beloved by our German Shepherd Henry above all chew toys. You see pictured here 4 approximately equally durable chews in the order in which they were acquired. The squeakerless Miss Piggy on the left is preferred to Mr. Dragon or Mr. Mallard, though in my view both gentlemen have very fine qualities or I would not have brought them into the fold. But not in Henry's view. Henry very much enjoys Miss Piggy's operatic skills and helps her hone them all day long. To be perfectly honest, I at first found her singing skills wanting, if not downright infuriating, but I think it's growing on me. It serves as a sort of high-pitched upbeat background experience all throughout the day. I confess I'm not certain my colleagues on Zoom are quite with me on that yet. I think Henry also finds her beautifully adorned in pink and he likes her sunny disposition and willingness to engage with unvarying enthusiasm all day long.
To those reviewers who have found her insufficiently durable, I would ask whether like all women who begin to show their age, have you been able to justly quantify the stresses she has been subjected to in life compared to the lives of her peers?
