Meet Blinky! Blinky came to CCHS as a transfer from another shelter that became wildly overpopulated. Blinky is a 4-year-old mixed breed that is as sassy as can be! Blinky is a little on the shy side with strangers, but once she's comfortable around you she really lets that quirky personality of hers shine through! Though Blinky can get along great with other dogs, we still recommend that she is the only pet in the household as she can overstimulate easily.
