Amber, a five-year-old golden retriever mix, went missing from her foster home in the U.K. on April 25 and survived for 36 days on her own, traveling over 100 miles through a national forest and swimming to an island. She was eventually rescued by a ferry crew after being spotted struggling in the water. Following her rescue, Amber is recovering and will soon be available for adoption.
