Petunia, a hairless English-French bulldog mix, won the 2025 World's Ugliest Dog contest held on August 8 in Santa Rosa, California. The 2-year-old dog, rescued from a difficult background in Las Vegas, was awarded a $5,000 prize and will be featured on limited-edition cans of Mug Root Beer. The contest celebrates the uniqueness of all dogs, particularly those rescued from shelters, and has a history of nearly 50 years.
