A three-point adjustable leash restraint system with an adjustable collar helps keep your dog comfortably contained during bathing. The 3/8-inch rubberized non-slip mat provides a steadier footing surface, while the 5-foot drain hose lets you wash in one area and direct wastewater elsewhere. An on/off spray nozzle dial gives you control over water flow, from a gentler stream for the face to a stronger flow for the rest of the coat.

We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx. At this time, we do not offer shipping to addresses with an APO/FPO or outside the continental United States.

Shipping Time:
Orders are normally shipped from our warehouse within 24 - 48 business hours of order placement. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery after your order has shipped. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the item's page. In order to return an item, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, you have 30 days to return the item(s). All returned items must be unused and in new condition in their original packaging including all hardware and instructional components. Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee on opened or used items. Although if you are a repeat customer who purchased from our website before, we are happy to waive the restocking fee.

Once your return has been inspected please allow 7 days for the credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase. The initial cost of shipping is not eligible for a refund, if applies. Buyer pays for return shipping. To request your Return Authorization Number, please follow these steps:

1. Read and agree to the Returns Policy and Procedure above.

2. Email us at cs@phenomstores.com. We will need your order number and the Item ID number of the product you wish to return.

Refused Orders - Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, USPS or any other common carrier and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping and a restocking charge of 20%.

Exchanges - In order for us to do the exchange we would need to refund your payment, then you would need to make another purchase transaction with us for the item that you like within 7 days of your exchange request. We're asking that you return the item you bought from us within 30 days along with a tracking number so we both know that your return reached us. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. All returned items must be unused and in new condition in their original packaging including all hardware and instructional components. Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned with no credit issued at the customer's expense. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We also charge a 10% restocking fee for exchanges. Once we received and inspected the item we will credit your payment. Please take note, our inventory changes constantly so the item may not be available at the time of your request.

Damaged, Defective and Wrong Item(s) - It is your responsibility that the item(s) you received are undamaged and the correct item(s). Please examine the shipping box and all contents immediately upon receipt for any signs of damage, defect or wrong item(s). All claims must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and send us an email so we can further assist you.

FAQ

When do I expect my order to ship out?

Our normal shipping lead times can take up to 72 hours after your order is received. However, delays due to inclement weather and carrier delays outside of our control can lead to extended shipping times. Rest assured, we're doing everything we can to ship your order as soon as it's received.

How will I know my order has shipped?

As soon as your order is packed and labeled, we will email you a shipment confirmation with the tracking number so that you're able to track your order. You can look up the status of your order by entering the tracking number found on the bottom of our web page under "Track Order Status". You can also look up the shipment status of your order by entering your shipment tracking number at USPS.com, UPS.com or FedEx.com.

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping costs vary depending on the item you're purchasing. Most items are eligible for our FREE shipping if your purchase totals $59 and over. And for items that are excluded from FREE shipping, we offer FIXED shipping rate or prevailing market prices.

Some of the items I ordered are missing. What should I do?

Please reach out to us when you have items that are missing when you originally placed your order. This happens either because,

1. The missing items are on backorder or

2. The missing items are still on its way but due to service delays from our shipping carrier (ie UPS, FedEx) your package may take longer than expected.

How soon after can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once an order is placed. This is because your order is automatically placed in queue to ship out once an order is received.

What is the best way to reach you when I have a question?

What happens when I "Pre-Order" an item?

When you "Pre-Order" an item that is out of stock, you will be notified when we have the item in stock again. Our "Pre-Order" (or Wait-List) doesn't guarantee that your order will be fulfilled but we will do our best to make that happen.

Strong but use the Steps (Optional)

We have had this bath before for several years. Got a new dog (60 lb. Mountain Cur) who just could not get the hang of the ramp I made for it. So, I picked him up and sort of dropped him in the tub. The tub's legs broke. It collapsed. My wife took off her rubber gloves and walked away.
I immediately got on and ordered another one. I included the feet to raise the tub and added the steps. Got out the treats and trained the dog how to use the steps.
Wife happy. Dog happy. Happy house. ðŸ˜€

Game changer...my pups will be clean more often now

I just got my new Booster bath yesterday and assembled it quickly. I had to YouTube the leg assembly because I just couldn't figure it out, but when I did it correctly, the things didn't move at all. When I say my pups will be clean more often that means it was a breeze to use this for their bath time. I have three rescues from 41 - 65 pounds so I bought the large size. Bathing them in this thing was so easy and convenient to use I wish I had bought it for my smaller dogs years ago. My babies are calm, for the most part, and moving around them makes scrubbing them so much easier than trying to turn them in the bathtub inside. I highly recommend this bath for anyone with large dogs. I'm sorry to hear that some have had trouble with the legs, but mine seem to be very stable. When this bath dies I will certainly buy another.

Perfect, works great!

I was skeptical as to whether we actually needed this to wash our pup. She outgrew the kitchen sink and I figured we'd just wash her on the patio with a hose. But this works out perfectly! The fact that it is raised up on legs definitely helps our backs and knees as we wash her. The drain hose is a great idea as the water doesn't rise up so she's not standing in a puddle. I would recommend getting the stairs attachment. Our puppy doesn't like bath time so she won't go up the stairs, but when we're done she has no problem going right down them! I read the other reviews about the legs slipping out and stability issues, we have not had that problem. The legs have rubber feet that you attach to the bottom so they don't slip out. It works fine on our patio. Our lab puppy is just now 6 months old and about 45 pounds. I don't see this being an issue. Maybe if you have a Great Dane or something it would be an issue but it works good for us. On a side note, ours did not come with instructions, the box was open when it was delivered, they probably blew out. I just looked closely at some of the pictures from other reviews and was able to figure it out. I don't have a bad thing to say about this tub, it was a bit pricey but worth the money.

WHY did I wait so long!? ðŸ¤”ðŸ¤¦â€â™€ï¸

Finally ordered after looking at it off & on over a year! So sorry I didn't order sooner as it makes bathing so easy on the back. Our Lab passed & I want to adjust our Heeler to staying upstairs with us in the evenings rather than being alone in the basement. Regular bathing will be required & I needed to make it easier for me. Plus we now have a Sheltie added to the crew who will require bathing as well! I got the large and it was so nice and made bathtime so much easier than the kiddie pool. It is light enough for me to carry outside, bathe the dogs then easy clean up & dry & back inside to store till next time.
Yes it wobbles a bit but neither dog minded or seemed afraid. I never felt like it was going to tip over or collapse. The restraint is a bit long even at shortest for the Heeler but he was good with it. I can shorten if need be. May have a "Dog Washday" for obedience class so will see how it does with the larger breeds. But for me I love it!

Back saver

My wife talked me into buying this. I was sure I could build something at a lower cost. After looking at the cost of individual parts I would have to buy, I thought different. Also the promised convenience of something that easily broke down for storage was a big plus. This bath tub did not disappoint. My 56 lb. mutt is easy to wash in the large size. He is calm during bathing so the unit is very stable. I cannot speak to 100 LB. nervous dogs. It is easy to clean, light weight, drains fine into the yard, even with my super shedder dog. It breaks down very quickly and reassembles in about a minute. If I did not have this elevated tub, I would have a very dirty dog as my back could not take all the bending.I highly recommend.
