Nylabone Dental Chew Bone - Chicken Flavor, Giant (1 Pack)

Our adult Great Dane loves these bones. He typically chews on them after meals and they do a good job of keeping him busy and keeping his teeth clean. Unfortunately, the durability has tanked. The chews are not lasting nearly as long as before, and they seem to break apart more easily now. Just a reminder to always have your dog supervised when using these types of products.

Nylabone products are known for their longevity, and I really wanted to try to get away from crazy expensive bully sticks, but my dog didn't even look at this, let alone chew it, so I can't rate it for either durability or longevity.

I don't know why I wasted my money because none of my dogs have *ever* been interested in *any* Nylabones. I had hoped that because this one is softer than others I've had that it might interest my growing chew-fiend, but no go. I feel bad downrating it when it's really just my dog's preference, but if it isn't appealing enough to the dog to even try, then that's sort of on the product as well as the individual dog.

If your dog likes non-organic chew toys, and isn't a super power chewer, I would definitely give this a try. I don't think it's firm enough to hold up to a real heavy chewer.

Great for keeping k9 teeth clean and tarter free! My k9s love them. The only issue I have is since I have big chewers and this gets into where the tarter is they don't last long. But definitely we'll worth it for keep teeth clean!
