My dog loves all sizes of this toy, well just the pig one. She is a 65lb OEB and and destroy anything, lol. She normally doesn't kill her pig until she has had it for a good while but our mini schnauzers can tear a hole in this toy in about 3 min and if we don't cut off all the legs, ears, and wings my OEB chews them off in less than 45 min. If your dog is a chewer this will not last long but if you dog is a weirdo like mine and uses it as a pacifier. You are good!
Our 50 lb. dog is quite the destructive chewer, but its been a couple of months since we bought this rooster and it's still in one piece. It's a miracle. She has destroyed most everything else including: thick toy rubber tires, her bedding, those hard plastic dental bones...and she's actually chewed into a few walls (never had a dog eat our walls before ). The rooster, however, still survives. Amazing. She carries it with her everywhere, her favorite toy. Definitely worth a try if you have a problem chewer.
My dog has put many toys out of their misery. Here he is standing in the killing fields with only a few survivors, and guess which ones. The go dogs for sure. A regular stuffed toy lasts about three or four days until it’s unrecognizable. He has two smaller godogs that are almost a year old and still in nice shape. Just got the dragon and the chicken recently and they hardly look like they’ve been touched. So, my dog lost the challenge but he loves the toys. I will be buying more of these before long.
I'm very impressed with this toy. I thought it might last an hour or so before being demolished. This chicken has really handled the tough chewing that our Doggo Destructo inflicts on his toys. He usually shreds squeeky, fluffy toys in minutes. He's not been able to do that yet, though not for a lack of trying. The weakest point of this toy is the tail. When he ripped it off I had to see the butt closed. Other than that he has been able to decapitate or mangle it. Squeakers all still work and aren't ripped out. Our dog is a 50 lb Norwegian Elkhound/Cattle Dog mix with high prey drive.
My Lhasa Apso puppy loves this pig! He plays with it every single day. He has not even chewed a single hole or anything in it yet . It's very durable . When we first got the pig it was almost as big as him and now he's much bigger and he still loves it. It's the first toy he goes to. He cannot make it squeak because the squeaker ball is very large and hard and he doesn't have the bite power to make it squeak but he still loves it. I do wish the squeaker ball was less hard so that he could make his squeak but other than that I love it because flying pigs are awesome. I'm from Cincinnati and I love Pink Floyd. So if you know anything about those two things you would know why I like flying pigs and that flying pigs are the bomb! I even have a tattoo of one. Great dog toy. I even wish they made it in a stuffed animal form for humans so I could have one for myself! You should get your dog one!
