I've been using Herm Sprenger fur saver collars for years... I've bought several of these in recent weeks, NONE of them are the quality of the older Herm Sprenger collars I've had at least 10 years. These collars also tend to run about 1.5" shorter than the original Herm Sprenger fur savers labeled as the same size. The 3mm collars are good for everyday or "show" appearances. If you are seriously training in Schutzhund, IPO, French Ring, Mondio, personal protection, etc then I'd invest a few extra dollars for the 4mm fur savers.
