Chew Guard Technologyā¢ is a manufacturing process that adds a super tough, durable liner to the toy making it strong enough to stand up to even the toughest play. Dogs are tough but Chew Guard Technologyā¢ is tougher!
We only buy godog brand toys for our two boys, and thatĆ¢ā¬ā¢s because while they arenĆ¢ā¬ā¢t indestructible, itĆ¢ā¬ā¢s hard enough to destroy them that our dogs donĆ¢ā¬ā¢t accidentally destroy them by playing. This one in particular is the security blanket our 3 year old lab mix needed. HeĆ¢ā¬ā¢s so obsessed with it that we bought another one when the squeaker died on the first. This toy does get gross kind of quickly, but holds up well in the washer and dryer and IĆ¢ā¬ā¢m not shocked that it gets so dirty since itĆ¢ā¬ā¢s literally always in use. He carries it everywhere, plays with it, shakes it, and even sleeps with it under his head like a pillow. Any time he happens to lose it turns into a family search party because he canĆ¢ā¬ā¢t let it go until itĆ¢ā¬ā¢s found.
Cisco loves his Gremlin, we call it. Tougher than most dog toys. Started buying these for our dog last year and they are great!! This toy is constantly in our dogs mouth carrying it with him wherever he goes. Never have to hunt this toy down. ItĆ¢ā¬ā¢s with him always! Even used as a pillow under his chin. He absolutely loves this toy.
So IĆ¢ā¬ā¢m grateful to have found this crazy puff ball toy here on and will keep buying as long as we have our dog!
Great value for the money, durable, dog loves it, cute in pictures, and I think the cat is also happy we purchased this toy for the dog as well.
Durable, great size for large dogs. Cisco is 200lbs. Not to small not to big, squeaky isnĆ¢ā¬ā¢t the type to drive you nuts when you hear it, as eh humm, some other dog toys that start with a K and end with a G. can be.
Will absolutely purchase again and again as have definitely discovered a product out pet loves and thatĆ¢ā¬ā¢s what itĆ¢ā¬ā¢s all about!
To say my dog is a chewer is an understatement. The hand-me-down toys that latest through two other dogs he chewed apart in minutes. He does, however, love squeakers, and I want him to have something more fun than a rubber Kong or a rope. He has a large furballz and two smaller ones. I did have a third small one, but the appliquĆĀ© eyeballs didnĆ¢ā¬ā¢t prove durable enough, and itĆ¢ā¬ā¢s in the to-be-repaired (for a second time) pile. He hasnĆ¢ā¬ā¢t tried to chew off the appliquĆĀ© on the others, so maybe they were more prominent on the lime green version. Anyhow, itĆ¢ā¬ā¢s a favorite with him and reasonably durable.
Oh, if you only knew the daily torture this poor toy endures! I bought this for my mother's dog, who absolutely loves toys that have "fur" she can pull through her teeth. She's a shih tzu, and though one might think this ball a bit large for her mouth, it absolutely isn't. Ginger grabs and abuses up this toy multiple times a day, and my mother's other dog steals the toy regularly so that he, too, can beat the crap out of it. I don't know what appeals to them more -- the "fur" or the shape -- but both dogs think this toy is spectacular.
Our old dog had one of these. Our puppy was a little small for it, so we bought this one for her. She loves chewing on it. She throws it into the air and chases it. We use the old one outside. She has gotten big enough now that it doesn't trip her. Again she throws the big one into the air and chases it. She loves playing keep away with it. When she is done running with it, she will lay and chew on it. The old one has gone through two dogs. Our older dog did puncture the squeaker in the ball after a few years. The old ball has been played with for 4 years and is still a favorite.
