My dog got a pretty bad cut on the pad of her foot, the first time we bandaged it we used regular gauze and had to rip it off when we went to replace it. These together with the booties helped us clean and bandage her paw without re-injuring her every time. She had a deep cut and it healed in a couple weeks.
