One of the best things about this collar is it has some foam on the inside. It's also very easy to adjust.

I love this padded collar. The color is bright and happy. The reflective material is WAY WAY BRIGHT! Put it this way, on our fenced in property, at night it's so dark you can hardly see the outline of a big ol' shepherd, but you can see a clear bright collar bouncing thru the brush. I have two dogs and they both wear these collars.

Seems to be sturdy, doesn’t appear cheaply made. Vibrant color.
